Supported file types
To help prevent malicious files entering your InTouch account, the files that can be attached to a matter are restricted to the following list:

| Office Open XML - Microsoft Office Documents | .docx, xlsx, .pptx, | .docx display as a PDF. Other formats can be uploaded/downloaded |
| Microsoft Office (Legacy Formats) | .doc, .xls, .ppt, | .doc is display as a PDF. Other formats can be uploaded/downloaded |
| Proprietary email formats | .eml, .msg | Uploadable, Downloadable |
| Plain Text Files | .txt | Previewable*, Uploadable, Downloadable |
| Rich Text Format | .rtf | Uploadable, Downloadable |
| Open Document | .odt | Uploadable, Downloadable |
| Comma Separated Values | .csv | Uploadable, Downloadable |
| Zip - compressed archive format | .zip | Uploadable, Downloadable |
| JPEG | .jpg or .jpeg | Previewable*, Uploadable, Downloadable |
| PNG - Portable Network Graphics | .png | Previewable*, Uploadable, Downloadable |

*Previewable means the file can be opened directly inside of InTouch, as long as the web browser you are using supports that format.
