AI Assist

AI Assist can be used for general assistance on a matter, such as:

• Drafting emails and documents
• Summarising text
• Checking the latest status of the case
• Planning next actions

Caution

All outputs provided by AI Assist require review by a qualified professional.

AI Assist can be used:

1. For help with a particular item within the matter’s Folder tab
2. For general help on a matter

AI Assist within a matter’s Folder tab

To obtain assistance with an item within the matter’s Folder tab:

1. Within the matter’s Folder tab, find or locate the item you would like assistance with

Note

This can be used on documents or emails.

2. Select the ’…’ icon to the right of the item
3. Select Interrogate with AI

Note

Each interaction with AI Assist uses tokens. Your account includes 1 million free tokens per month. If you go over this, extra tokens will be charged for. To limit extra usage, please visit Settings > Billing > AI Tokens.

4. Enter your prompt

Tip

A prompt is what you want help with. It can be either be a question or a statement.

For example, “what are the main points contained within this document?” or “create a response to this email”

5. AI Assist will scan the chosen document and output it’s response
6. Select the paper icon to the right of the response to copy it over to your clipboard

Note

This can then be pasted into a document or email.

Caution

AI isn’t always correct. Please ensure all responses are reviewed by a qualified professional before being used.

2. Select the paperclip icon to the left of the chat box to upload a additional items for review
3. Enter any further prompts as needed
4. Select the ‘x’ icon to close AI Assist and return to your matter

AI Assist within a matter

To obtain general assistance within a matter:

1. Within the matter, select Assist from the top toolbar

Note

There is a limit to how many AI conversations each account can have per month. If you would like to discuss this limit, please contact support@intouch.cloud.

2. Enter your prompt

Tip

A prompt is what you want help with. It can be either be a question or a statement.

For example, “what tasks are still outstanding within this matter?” or “create a summary of the case that can be sent to the Estate Agent”.

3. AI Assist will scan the matter and output it’s response
4. Select the paper icon to the right of the response to copy it over to your clipboard

Note

This can then be pasted into a document or email.

2. Select the paperclip icon to the left of the chat box to upload a specific item(s) from your Folder tab for review
3. Enter any further prompts as needed
4. Select the ‘x’ icon to close AI Assist and return to your matter
