Outlook plugin load behaviour

If your Outlook Plugin fails to load after rebooting your PC, this may relate to the Load Behaviour.

What is load Behaviour?

A Load Behaviour is a command that instructs the Outlook plugin on how it should load. The command is a numerical value, with each number relating to a different action.

The Load Behaviour should be set to 3.

If your Outlook plugin fails to load after restarting your PC, the Load Behaviour may be set to a different value.

How to check the load behaviour

  1. Open the Registry Editor on your computer
  2. Find Outlook
  3. Find the InTouch plugin
  4. Select Load behaviour
  5. Ensure load behaviour is set to 3.
