Advanced
There are a number of configurable settings within the Advanced tab of a matter template (Settings > Matters > Select a Template > Advanced).
Accounts
Section titled “Accounts”- No accounts functionality: The accounts functionality will not be available on matters under this template.
- Invoicing only: Invoicing will be available on matters under this template.
- Ledgers & Invoicing: Ledgers & Invoicing will be available on matters under this template.
Chain View
Section titled “Chain View”- Include chain view: Allows you to record, visualise and manage the matter’s chain progression.
Time Recording
Section titled “Time Recording”- Include time recording: Allows you to record & bill for time spent on a matter.
Searches
Section titled “Searches”- Include searches: You will be able to order services from one of our integrated providers.
- Automatically share search documents with clients: Choose whether you’d like search results to automatically be visible in a clients Portal.
