My task notes are not visible to a stakeholder

If a task note is not visible to a stakeholder within their Portal, check that the task is visible to them on the matter:

1. Visit the settings cog next to the task
2. A tick next to the Stakeholder indicates it’s visible to them within their Portal
3. You can manually change the task visibility at any time

Tip

If a task should always be visible to that stakeholder, change the task visibility settings within the matter template.
