Matter overview

Matters have two distinct sections:

  1. Matter details on the left
  2. Matter actions on the right

The left hand side of a matter displays information on:

  • The matter address
  • The stakeholders involved in the transaction, categorised by type
  • The matter Fee Earner

The toolbar at the top right of the matter allows you to:

The Tasks tab displays a list of tasks associated with the matter.

The Folder tab allows you to create, manage and view correspondence related to the transaction. This includes:

The Data tab stores any information collected throughout the transaction.

The chain tab provides an area to record and monitor the matter’s chain progression.

The Services tab allows you to create and manage any orders placed with an integrated third party provider.

The Time Recording tab allows you to record time spent on the matter.

The Accounts tab provides access to the matter’s client accounting.
