#groupedhtmlquotetable

The #groupedhtmlquotetable data helper can be used to manually input a matters quote into an email template.

Caution

The #grouped htmlquotetable helper cannot be used in document templates. To output a quote within a Word or PDF template, use a combination of #if statements.

Formatting your quotes

To use the #groupedhtmlquotetable data helper:

1. Copy and paste the helper into the required place on the email template
2. Add the data markers relating to your fees into one of three square brackets

For example:

{{#groupedhtmlquotetable ["fees.legal.fees", "fees.bank.transfer.fee"]["fees.id.money.laundering.fee"]["fees.search.pack.fee"]}}

The brackets represent the following subheadings that will be used within the quote table:

1. Initial fees
2. Disbursements
3. Subtotal

Tip

The ordering of the fees within the brackets determines the order they are shown within these subheadings.

The quote table will then output as the below:

Please remember to update your data helper with any new fees you add to your quote calculator moving forwards.
